The Blueprint

We are excited to share with you the Blueprint for the new Patient Experience Strategy we have recently developed here at Sussex Musculoskeletal Partnership East (SMSKPE).  This has been the work of some months over the course of which, due to COVID-19 we have seen some real changes within the way that patients access medical treatment with the NHS and its providers.

Here at SMSKPE we have found that a lot of positives have come out of the pandemic and it has also allowed us to step back and look at how we wanted to improve our patients journey through SMSKPE, and the result is the ‘Blueprint’.  This is the building blocks for all of our Patient Engagement work in the future.
