Here are the referral guidelines for Rheumatology, these have been reviewed and approved by our clinical staff.

• Established Connective Tissue Disease

• Suspected Connective Tissue Disorder

• Established Fibromyalgia

• Established Inflammatory Arthritis

• Suspected Joint Hypermobility Syndrome

• Established Joint Hypermobility Syndrome

• Gout

• Inflammatory Mono Arthritis

• Inflammatory Polyarthritis

• Muscular General Aches and Pains

If you have a diagnosis which does not have a guideline above, then please contact our Patient Care Advisor team and they will work with our clinical team to find you some more information.
