Patient, Carer and Family Forums
These are your chance to tell us how we are doing and to comment on future plans. We hold regular forums across our area in Eastbourne, Polegate, Seaford, Hailsham, Crowborough, Newhaven, Peacehaven, Lewes, Uckfield, Mayfield and Heathfield. The meetings last 3 hours and include a light lunch.
For catering purposes, please book to attend by emailing: email@example.com.
The forums are open to all Sussex MSK Partnership East patients, their families, friends and carers. By December 2019, over 550 patients had attended over 40 forums. What happens in the forums? These are good opportunities for you, as a patient, to tell us how we are doing and to make suggestions on how we can improve. We also ask forum members to act as sounding boards on a wide range of musculoskeletal topics from shaping future services to the detail of looking at our letters and posters to make sure they are useful. We genuinely want your opinions and have acted on the advice given in our meetings. Martin Lau, from Arthritis Action, attends most of our forums, talks about diet and arthritis and shares some exercises. This is a popular part of our forums.
If you would like to contribute your ideas or views, or to request an invitation to future forums, please feel free to contact us by email: firstname.lastname@example.org
