We hold regular forums across our area in Eastbourne, Polegate, Seaford, Hailsham, Crowborough, Newhaven, Peacehaven, Lewes, Uckfield, Mayfield and Heathfield. The meetings last 3 hours and include a light lunch

Making Informal Complaints

We aim to provide caring, high quality services and are always pleased to receive feedback from you, your family or friends. Through gaining feedback we are able to focus our attention to areas of improvement which will make the biggest difference to patient experience. If you wish to make a complaint, please feel free to approach the staff who have been caring for you. They will endeavour to resolve any issues and concerns immediately to your satisfaction. It is fundamental that you feel fully involved in your health decisions and it is therefore highly important to us that we provide information which is accessible to everyone.

If you would like any of your letters or any of the patient information or other materials in another language or in large print, please contact us and we will arrange for this. Please also note that we are able to provide interpreting services, both face to face and over the phone, for all appointments if we know in advance.
